David can advise on the whole range of planning law and property development issues you might encounter from judicial review, planning agreements, highways agreements, planning applications and appeals, environmental issues, applications for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIP), planning objections, compulsory purchase (CPO) etc. He acts for local authorities, pipeline operators, government departments, landowners and developers.
David has worked in the commercial property sector since 2003 with a current focus on property development, infrastructure, and complex challenges (such as judicial review). He has experience in a wide range of dispute resolution procedures from the High Court to mediation.
David's aim is to work with you to find practical strategies and acceptable resolutions in a friendly and approachable way.
With over ten years' prior experience also in property litigation and large scale development, he has experience taking projects from conception to completion. He can help you avoid pitfalls and make the most of your opportunities.
