Emerald is an Associate in our Corporate team.
Emerald has experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and corporate governance matters across a broad range of sectors. She has a particular interest in the life sciences and technology industries, having worked with early-stage and high-growth companies, as well as large corporates and investors on complex cross-border transactions.
She regularly advises clients on corporate structuring, fundraising, and shareholder matters, and has supported both domestic and international clients through various stages of growth and investment.
Emerald brings a commercially focused and collaborative approach to her work.
She has a growing interest in the femtech sector and enjoys working on transactions involving companies developing innovative health solutions for women.
Emerald is based in our Watford office, but can support you nationally.
What you might like to know
Emerald studied Scots Law with English Law at the University of Aberdeen before completing the LPC with MSc at the University of Law.
Outside of work, Emerald enjoys sailing, travelling and cooking.
Emerald trained at Cooley (UK) LLP, where she spent the majority of her time in the corporate teams before joining VWV.
