Frankie is a Solicitor in our Commercial Litigation team.
She can help advise you on commercial disputes, corporate and personal insolvency, shareholder disputes, contractual disputes and fraud and asset recovery. She deals with disputes in a range of sectors, including education and healthcare.
Frankie has experience in high value High Court trials and appeals. She recently worked on a trial concerning a shareholder dispute in the High Court and its subsequent appeal in the Court of Appeal.
Frankie also has experience in contentious financial services matters, including the bringing and defending of professional negligence claims in a regulated context and has advised on FCA investigations/enquiries and FOS complaints. Frankie is also a member of our fraud team and specialises in advising on fraud matters including advising organisations on compliance issues (e.g. on reasonable procedures to prevent fraud) under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023.
She is based in our Bristol office, but can support you nationally.

Outside of work, Frankie enjoys running and has recently completed a half marathon. She is also learning Spanish.
Frankie is a member of the CSR Committee, and assists with organising fundraising events for VWV's Charity of the Year.
