Graham is a Partner and has been advising in the education sector since 2001.
Having originally qualified as a PFI lawyer, Graham specialises in advising academy trusts and maintained schools, with a wealth of expertise in trust growth across all phases and types of provision and in governance and compliance, education law and commercial contracts.
He draws on his experience as a trustee of a 13 school academy trust, so knows first-hand what it's like to be responsible for the governance and success of a trust and its schools.
