Jaspreet is an Associate in our Corporate Charities Team.
She has experience in a wide range of education and corporate law matters and specialises in advising for-profit, not-for-profit and charity organisations on a range of governance, corporate and strategic issues within the education sector. She has developed a particular interest in mergers, acquisitions and disposals of independent schools.
Jaspreet has worked with a variety of educational institutions for a number of years, and sits on the governing body of a mainstream secondary school. She works hard to ensure that she understands the sector needs in order to provide clients with commercial and pragmatic advice. Jaspreet is also passionate about helping companies achieve B Corp status.

What You Might Like to Know
Jaspreet achieved First Class Honours in Law from the University in Leicester in 2017, receiving the Sweet & Maxwell Award for best overall exam performance in her second year. Jaspreet completed the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Trent University in 2018.
Jaspreet trained and qualified into the tier 1 Education team at Browne Jacobson before joining VWV in August 2022.
In her spare time, Jaspreet enjoys fine-dining, travelling and spending time with friends and family. She has also been passionate about dancing from a young age and has taken up a variety of styles including ballet, tap, bhangra and street dance.
