Joe has experience in a variety of contentious landlord and tenant matters, and also advises clients in relation to trespass claims, easements and the enforcement of covenants.
Joe has experience of property matters within both the County court and High Court, and works hard to provide practical and commercial advice.
Joe is based in our Bristol office, but can support you nationally.
What You Might Like to Know
Joe graduated from the University of the West of England in 2015. Prior to graduating, he spent a year living and playing sport in Maryland, USA.
Joe spent three years working in a compliance role within the civil service before completing his Legal Practice Course in 2020.
He trained and qualified at Barcan and Kirby in Bristol before joining VWV in June 2024.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball with his local team and visiting the wide variety of restaurants on offer in Bristol.
