Rhiannon is an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.
She assists both private individuals and organisations on a wide range of matters including complex contractual disputes, procurement litigation, director and shareholder disputes, intellectual property infringement, professional negligence claims, partnership disputes, civil fraud and asset and debt recovery.
Rhiannon has advised on the following matters:
- Acted on a procurement matter for a corporate client in the Healthcare sector. VWV were instructed to issue court proceedings to challenge the decision to award a new contract to a third party. The value of the contract was over £100million + and represented a substantial portion of the client's business. The matter was therefore high value business critical litigation.
- Advised a member of a partnership pursuing a claim against an LLP for breach of membership articles, as well as harassment, discrimination and victimisation. The matter was multi-jurisdictional, and settlement was successfully achieved.
- Assisted a client in a dispute involving high-profile and high value assets that were loaned to our client. The client required advice following competing ownership claims.
Rhiannon undertook a two-year accelerated Law degree at the University of Law, before completing her Legal Practice Course in Bristol.
She is focusing on developing her work in Procurement litigation (acting for both suppliers and contracting authorities) and has particular interest in the working with clients in the Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences sector.

What You Might Like to Know
Rhiannon is a member of the Bristol Junior Chamber and the Procurement Lawyers Association. She is also a VWV Mixologist and organises the firm's infamous cocktail nights!
Outside of work Rhiannon enjoys travelling (recent trips include hiking in Utah and chasing the Northern Lights in Norway and Finland), paddle boarding down Bristol Harbour and Hotpod Yoga.
