He advises on a wide range of commercial real estate work including disposals, acquisitions, estate management and non-contentious landlord and tenant matters.
Charlie has a particular emphasis on advising schools, academies and higher education institutions on their commercial property requirements.
Meeting your needs
Charlie qualified as a Fellow for the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in August 2023 having trained in commercial property at a firm in South Wales and have been working in the real estate sector ever since.
