Christina is a Partner and joined our London Conveyancing team in 2012, having previously worked in the property department of a successful south London practice. She has over ten years of experience in the London property market.
In addition to legal advice about all types of residential conveyancing and commercial property, Christina specialises in leasehold enfranchisement and advising both leaseholders and freeholders in connection with lease extensions, collective purchase of the freehold by flat owners and the right to manage.
