Emma is a Legal Director in the Corporate Law team, based in our Bristol office.
She advises companies, directors, and shareholders on a wide range of corporate law related matters. She provides all round corporate support to clients and has extensive experience in management buy-outs, mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations and corporate governance.
Emma is also a core member of the firm's Technology Sector team and, in that capacity, advises numerous early stage technology and life sciences companies on preparing for and raising angel and venture capital funding.

Having started her career in-house, Emma enjoys getting to know clients and their businesses so that she can provide pragmatic and tailored advice much like in-house counsel.
