Georgina has particular experience in the context of landlord and tenant matters, including possession claims, break notices, lease renewals, leasehold dilapidations, service charge disputes and rent arrears. Georgina also advises clients in relation to trespass claims, easements and the enforcement of covenants.

What You Might Like to Know
Georgina graduated with a 2.1 in Psychology from the University of Leeds in 2008. She went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course both with distinction, where she received prizes for her dissertation and for coming top in her year in Land Law.
Having trained with Bishop & Sewell LLP in London, Georgina joined VWV on qualification in August 2014.
In her spare time, Georgina enjoys sailing, skiing, horse riding and travelling.
