Greg is a Legal Director based in our Birmingham office.
He advises on a range of property matters acting for private sector, public sector and charity clients. Greg deals with estate management acting for both landlords and tenants negotiating leases and licences. He also assists in commercial property sales and acquisitions.
Recent experience includes:
- reviewing the leasehold and freehold property portfolio for a national charity
- advising on disposals by charities and compliance with the Charities Act 2011
- assisting on the disposal of large sites and office premises in various regions for a Government body
- charging of portfolios of properties on large housing schemes for Housing Associations
- drafting Certificates of title for acquisitions by large investment fund clients
- leases of a variety of properties for a prestige car manufacturer including provision of detailed title and lease reports
Meeting Your Needs
Greg was employed by the Law Society for eight years before moving back into private practice. Having completed a secondment to an in-house legal team, Greg understands the importance of providing clear and concise legal advice to allow well informed, commercial decisions to be made.

Greg enjoys watching motorsports and is particularly interested in Formula 1 and Moto GP. He also likes to travel with his young family and has recently returned from a trip to Australia.
