Judith qualified in 1984 and since then has specialised in private client work, including advising on Inheritance Tax planning, Wills and trusts, as well as the administration of estates. She also advises on lasting powers of attorney and deputyships.

Judith’s extensive experience since qualifying, enables her to advise on a wide range of issues relating to Wills and the administration of estates, including tax-planning opportunities for beneficiaries and advice on available reliefs during the estate administration eg Business Property Relief and Agricultural Property Relief. She can also advise on the creation and administration of both family and charitable trusts including tax aspects, and trust termination.
