Rachel works in the Commercial Property team in Bristol and advises on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including disposals, acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, asset management and secured lending. She has previously run and managed large portfolio sale projects on behalf of lenders but currently has a particular emphasis on advising a range of clients within the Education sector including universities, charities and academies.

Rachel qualified as a commercial property solicitor in June 2013, having completed her training contract at a well-respected firm on the south coast and subsequently gaining further experience in a large international practice. Her strength lies in her collaborative approach to working with clients while providing bespoke and commercial advice.

Outside of work Rachel enjoys baking, dress-making, cycling and walking her dog. She also regularly volunteers with a Bristol-based homeless charity.
