Shane is an Associate in the Corporate team, based in our Watford office.
Shane graduated with an LLB from the University of Hertfordshire in 2017 after which he completed the LPC at BPP University in London, and undertook a training contract at a boutique law firm in Hertfordshire. He qualified as a Solicitor in 2020 gaining valuable corporate experience at a leading regional firm and then joined VWV in October 2022.
Shane specialises in corporate matters and has developed a broad range of corporate experience by advising and assisting on M&A transactions, shareholder agreements, articles of association and company share buybacks.

In his free time, Shane enjoys trying new food and keeping fit, playing cricket at a club friendly level, although previously representing his local district. Shane also has a keen interest in Formula One, football and tennis.
