Khadija is a Solicitor in the Employment team, and can advise on contentious and non-contentious employment matters across a variety of sectors.
Khadija has experience of supporting clients with contentious employment tribunal litigation as well as advising on non-contentious matters across various sectors, including commercial clients and higher education institutions.
She regularly provides advice to our employer clients on defending employment tribunal claims, drafting and negotiating the contents of settlement agreements and preparing and reviewing policies.
Khadija enjoys the variety of work she is able to advise on in her role and has worked on a range of employment matters across the education, charities and commercial sectors.
Whilst she is based in the Birmingham office, Khadija can support you nationally.
What You Might Like to Know
Khadija completed her training in house at BT before qualifying and joining VWV in July 2024. She completed her law degree at the University of Oxford and completed the SQE alongside her role at BT. She is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA).
Outside of work Khadija is a keen reader, enjoys travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
