Michael is an Associate in the Regulatory Compliance team.
He specializes in advising independent school clients on their statutory and regulatory obligations to manage risk.
Michael has worked in a national commercial law firm with a focus on business-to-business commercial and outsourcing transactions. He then worked in a leading independent day school on the senior management team with a focus on parental complaints, emerging SEN needs, safeguarding and behaviour.
The education sector is a dynamic and evolving force for good in society so Michael feels privileged to work with schools in providing the best service in meeting their regulatory obligations.
Michael is based in Birmingham office, but can support you nationally.
What you might like to know
Outside of work, Michael enjoys team sports and running, having completed a few half-marathons and 10k runs. He is yet to tackle a marathon!
