This session covers all aspects of Child Student sponsorship and visa applications, including assigning CAS, record-keeping and reporting duties, approved care arrangements, safeguarding considerations, eVisas, Basic Compliance Assessments, surviving UKVI compliance visits and your wider ‘Right to Study’ responsibilities.
