Aditi specialises in investment, commercial property advice, purchase and sale, and finance. She has had significant experience in acting for major international banks and borrowers on high value property refinances as well as advising on multi million pound acquisitions and disposals including hotels and shopping centres.
Aditi has represented a wide range of landlords and tenants on the letting of commercial spaces in both in central London and outside such as restaurant operators, bus depots, and furniture retailers as well as portfolio management work in relation to the same.
Aditi also has sound experience in high value corporate support work and residential matters.
Aditi is an enthusiastic, down to earth member of the team who is readily able to engage with anyone she meets. She will explain matters to clients clearly and concisely, and always puts the client's needs first. Her degree in Economics gives her a sound analytical grounding and her City experience means she can work effectively and efficiently, regardless of the magnitude, timescale or pressure of the deal, always with a commercial approach.
Aditi trained and qualified at Fladgate LLP where she worked for ten years before moving to VWV, and is a mother to two young children.
Aditi has a keen interest in musical theatre and is a charity trustee and Company Secretary of St Albans Musical Theatre Company. Off stage, she is responsible for the charity's AGM and has drafted an overhaul of the charity’s constitution and rules, introducing a child safeguarding policy, grievance and harassment policy, privacy policy, social media policy, dealing with GDPR compliance, and preparing contracts, as well as the day to day running of the charity. On stage, she is a well-accomplished singer, dancer and actress and has appeared in a number of local musicals over the last 12 years.
