Andrew is a member of our Planning & Infrastructure team, and has worked for over 25 years at VWV.
He assists in advising clients in the energy sector about easements, subterranean leases, variations, and registration of interests at the Land Registry.
Andrew assists on major planning projects including new oil pipelines and the voluntary and compulsory acquisition of land and rights. He has developed a special interest and expertise in large scale voluntary registration projects.
Andrew has managed a number of projects. He can consider the best strategic approach to land registration and then take charge of the process. Andrew is suited to dealing with the heavy administrative content of this type of work.
Andrew is based in our Bristol office but can support you nationally.
