With more than 16 years in the industry, Fiona has a wealth of experience in acting for individuals or companies who are buying or selling a residential property either for personal use or as an investment. She has vast experience in new homes, and also leasehold matters, meaning that she can give excellent advice to her clients. Fiona also advises developers in connection with new build residential schemes, and management companies/freeholders in relation to lease extensions, variations to leases and post assignment matters.

What You Might Like to Know
Fiona is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Her core subjects included Conveyancing, Land Law, Equity & Trusts, Contract and Tort.
Outside of work, Fiona enjoys playing tennis and hopes that she might one day be good enough to represent her club competently. She also enjoys skiing. During weekends Fiona volunteers at a local animal rescue charity, and also takes part in fundraising events.
