Gemma is a Senior Associate specialising in commercial property. She is a member of the Healthcare team, based in Bristol, and works in particular in the area of GP surgery funding and development.
Gemma deals with all types of commercial property transactions, including freehold sales and acquisitions, all leasehold transactions, sale & leaseback arrangements, secured lending (with both separate and joint representation of the borrower and lender), GP surgery developments, partnership property succession planning and property portfolio advisory work.

What You Might Like to Know
Gemma read law at the University of Oxford and went on to complete her Legal Practice Course with The College of Law in Bristol. She grew up in the South West and enjoys working in the area.
Gemma is a member of the Women in Healthcare Property Forum, and organises VWV's Future of Healthcare seminar series jointly with Cushman and Wakefield. She is also on the committee of the Bristol & Bath branch of the University of Oxford alumni society.
Outside of work, Gemma enjoys crafts such as knitting and origami, long distance walking, and camping with her young family.
