- Legal 500 2021
"Gemma surely knows her stuff around NHS property and leasing arrangements. She has impressed me with her professionalism, her knowledge, her practical, confident and calm approach and her optimism. Gemma has always been prompt in her responses and always ensured that when she was away from her office we would be supported by one of her well briefed colleagues. She has gone above and beyond at times for us, for instance communicating directly with NHSE Property Services and our CCG on our behalf. I have been able to improve my own knowledge and learning of NHSE/CCG Leasing arrangements from Gemma. Gemma made us feel that we were in a ‘safe pair of hands’. I would not hesitate to recommend Gemma and VWV and we will certainly be retaining them as our Property Solicitors from hereon in."
- Managing Partner of a multi-site Medical Group
"Gemma and I have known each other for over five years and have collaborated on the Future of Healthcare seminar, an event aimed at bringing together those working across the healthcare sector. Gemma regularly demonstrates the ability to combine her vast expertise with a commercial and “real-world” approach. Always a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend her!"
