Hannah is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law team, based in our Watford office.
Hannah deals with all aspects of company law including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and company secretarial matters. She also has experience in banking and corporate finance transactions.
Meeting Your Needs
Hannah has completed a secondment with a large corporate and investment bank and also has experience working as an in-house lawyer, including for a high-street retailer and international food company. These experiences have provided her with a unique insight into the commercial challenges of clients, and help her to offer practical and insightful advice.
What You Might Like to Know
Hannah has experience as a lecturer in law and has taught undergraduate and postgraduate law students and aspiring lawyers on the academic law and practical skills required to qualify as a solicitor. Hannah also has experience working in management at one of the UK's longest-established specialist providers of legal education.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys travelling and hiking. She also has a passion for the arts and enjoys dance, going to the theatre and music.
