Leila is a Partner in our Bristol-based Private Client team.
Leila specialises in:
- helping individuals and families to structure their personal affairs - including Will drafting, estate planning and Powers of Attorney
- navigating complex estate administrations, including those involving Independent Administrators, background contentious probate challenges, business assets, foreign assets etc
- advising beneficiaries seeking strategic advice around 'policing' an estate that is not being properly administered by the personal representatives, including where beneficiaries are struggling to realise an entitlement due to them under the Will or Intestacy
In addition, Leila spearheaded and now leads our specialist Legacy Protection team, working collaboratively and uniquely alongside colleagues in our Contentious Probate team and Charities team to assist Charity and Higher Education clients with a full spectrum of Legacy Protection services.
