
Steph is a Senior Associate in our Commercial team, based in our Bristol office.
Steph specialises in trade mark law and also international school projects.
She advises clients on national and international trade mark applications and strategy, renewals, portfolio management, trade mark infringement, enforcement, and licensing. Additionally, Steph has experience in handling domain name disputes.
Steph also advises a significant number of UK schools on establishing schools internationally, including the registration of the schools' trade marks internationally and the licensing of those trade marks to potential project partners.
She undertakes work for a diverse range of clients including charities, individuals, start-up businesses and large corporations, both in the UK and internationally.
Steph is based in our Bristol office but can support you nationally.
What you might like to know
Steph is a member of the Bristol Junior Chamber (BJC), a social networking group for young professionals in Bristol. She is also on the BJC's Council of Management taking on the role of Chair of Marketing, PR and Social Media for 2025-26.
Outside of work, Steph enjoys travelling (especially to the mountains), hiking and running. She has recently climbed Kilimanjaro and Aconcagua.
Steph also campaigns in relation to the UK's building safety crisis, following the Grenfell Tower tragedy, and has appeared on national TV and radio on numerous occasions to advocate for affected leaseholders and push for legal reforms.
