Aderonke is a Senior Associate in our Bristol based Corporate team.
She works on a wide range of transactions including mergers & acquisitions, investment/fundraising rounds and company secretarial support, for a wide range of clients based in the UK and abroad.
Aderonke is a key member of our Education Transaction team and, since joining the team as a trainee, has a particular enthusiasm for this area of work.
She works in particular on mergers, acquisitions and disposals of independent schools. She has acted for groups of schools, school proprietors and also investors (both domestic and overseas) looking to invest in schools in the UK in transactions of varying types and sizes. Having been with the firm for over 10 years she has extensive experience and knowledge on independent school deals and various structures. She regularly works with Rob Collier and Barney Northover.
Aderonke regularly manages large-scale transactions with precision and efficiency. Clients value her ability to deliver timely, pragmatic solutions and her approachable nature.
Aderonke is based in our London office, but can support you nationally.
What you might like to know
Aderonke joined us as a Paralegal in September 2014 to work in the Property Litigation team. She subsequently started her training contract the following year.
Aderonke enjoys trying new food and dining out, and is happiest when reading a good book.
