Angel investors and private equity funds

We also act for angel investors and certain private equity funds, particularly on deals in the education and healthcare sectors. See what our private equity & venture capital clients say about us.

Sectors

Although we have advised on investment deals in multiple industry sectors, we have particular experience in advising on private equity and venture capital deals in the technology, retail, healthcare, education and social investment sectors.

Deal structuring

In addition to providing advice on the transaction itself, our Tax team is experienced in collaborating with accountants and funders to determine the most suitable structure for private equity or venture capital transactions. We have successfully developed structures that optimize the potential for management to succeed, while also offering a well-defined exit strategy for investors or institutions.
