The ICO recommends that staff should be given training on data protection every year, but if that is not possible, then every other year. We offer a number of training services and packages. This includes:

All staff training on the data protection essentials. This is relevant to how staff use personal data on a day to day basis, the key messages that staff need to know and the essential 'dos and don'ts'.
Training to senior individuals.
Training to Data Protection Officers and others with a specific data protection compliance role.
Training to specific teams. For example, training for HR or marketing teams.

We always strive to make our training as interesting and as interactive as possible. For example, we use sector-specific case studies and Q&A to help drive engagement and enhance learning.
