The Data Protection Bill Updated

The Bill now contains a provision which requires the Information Commissioner's Office to issue a code on standards of age appropriate design for information society services (e.g. online services) which are likely to be accessed by children. 

Your organisation should consider whether it provides an information society service (e.g. an application or online game to children).  If so, your organisation should become familiar with the code once it is published.
