Further Growth in VWV's Healthcare Team

Paul's appointment follows recent growth in the team as leading healthcare practice Lockharts merged with VWV on 30 January.

Paul has over 20 years' experience as a commercial lawyer, and previously trained and qualified at Reading based firm Clarks. Since 2004, he has specialised in working for clients in the healthcare sector, with a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious work. Paul has a particular expertise advising GP practices and individual GPs. Paul has a wealth of experience drafting partnership deeds and other partnership related documents and has helped many clients to resolve their partnership disputes or disputes with NHS England, whether in court and arbitration, or through mediation and negotiation.

Paul is mentioned as a "notable practitioner" and praised by clients for being "helpful, knowledgeable and dependable, with good commercial awareness" (Chambers & Partners).
