How Has the GDPR Impacted Your Organisation?

Around this time two years ago, everyone was in a GDPR frenzy. We were all urgently reviewing data and privacy statements, our inboxes were full of requests to either opt in or opt out, and we were getting to grips with the different roles and requirements for controllers and processors. But what was the best approach, and how has this new legislation impacted your data, customer engagement, and new business?
