VWV Appoints Business Recovery and Insolvency Expert

Ambuja has over 12 years’ experience working in the asset based lending, insolvency and business restructuring sectors and joins from Francis Wilks & Jones (FWJ), where she was a Partner, having trained and qualified at the firm.

Prior to joining FWJ, Ambuja worked for three and a half years with Smith & Williamson, a Top Ten UK accountancy firm in their recovery and restructuring department.

She specialises in corporate and personal insolvency and regularly acts for firms of insolvency practitioners (both large and small), asset based lenders and other secured creditors, and directors and other stakeholders who need pragmatic, strategic advice.

When asked what she will bring to VWV's London office and the national practice, Ambuja responded;

"I will be looking to enhance and strengthen VWV's existing insolvency offering in London and the South East, by offering commercial and practical restructuring advice to VWV's existing clients and those clients that I have worked with for a number of years."

Outside of work Ambuja is an avid Arsenal supporter and is a self-confessed foodie.
