Recruitment of staff and robust procedures for managing allegations are a vital part of ensuring the safety of the children in your school.

This instalment of our in-person training covers the most important aspects of safer recruitment as they relate to independent schools and draws together specialist knowledge of safer recruitment, employment law, child protection, regulatory compliance and HR.

We aim to support schools to achieve compliance with statutory obligations, to move towards best practice and to manage the increasing regulatory burden in this complex area.
