We are pleased to announce the return of our annual GP Practice Management Conference, to be held at ‘We The Curious’, Bristol on 12 September 2024.
This event is for Partners, GPs and business/practice management staff of NHS GP practices.
Join us to explore the latest challenges and opportunities facing GP practices in England. As we settle down to a post pandemic "new normal", conditions are difficult for many practices and we are hearing different views and predictions for the future. We thought it would be helpful to gather together a group of leaders from the sector and hear what they have to say.
The event has been running for over 15 years and consistently proves to be a great opportunity to learn, connect, and debate with peers and experts in the field.
Book now on the link below! We look forward to welcoming you in September.
Early Bird price: £180 + VAT
Bring a GP with you at no extra cost, or a second non-GP delegate from your practice at a reduced price. Contact our events team for more information.
We have invited a range of speakers from across the region, including senior leaders of GP Practices, A federation, the ICB and a PCN to share their views with us.
The morning will feature presentations followed by a Q&A/debate with the speakers which will give you the opportunity to share your thoughts and hear from others. The afternoon will include workshops, announced in due course, and a closing speaker.
Speakers include:
Dr Sanjay Shyamapant - Managing Partner, Inspire Healthcare, Gloucestershire
David Clark - Managing Partner, Mendip Vale Medical Practice, Somerset
Peter Maynard - Managing Partner, Horfield Health, Bristol and IGPM representative
Ruth Hughes - CEO, One Care
Shane Devlin - CEO, BNSSG Integrated Care board
For a change of pace, the day will be closed by well know Doctor, broadcaster and comedian, Dr Phil Hammond, who will be fresh from his show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Topics will also include an economic and financial overview by representatives from Lloyds Bank.
