VWV’s Private Client team are joined by Alexander Learmonth KC and Aidan Briggs, of New Square Chambers, in our latest Contentious Trusts and Probate seminar.

In this session you will hear from Alexander and Aidan, who will be discussing recent decisions challenging trustees’ charges and expenses (including the recent Court of Appeal decision in Kenig). They will also cover how to manage conflicts of interest and importantly when the time has come for personal representatives to be removed and replaced.

There will also be the opportunity to informally discuss the seminar and any other questions you may have with our speakers and members of VWV’s contentious trusts and probate team over drinks and canapés.
