VWV Continues To Grow Its Higher Education Practice With Three New Key Appointments and a Key Hire

VWV's national Higher Education (HE) sector practice has doubled its turnover in the last five years and now acts for over a third of the universities in England and Wales, boasting an impressive client list.

Cementing its credentials as market-leader, within the last six months alone VWV has been appointed as supplier to three new HE clients:

  • University of Worcester - Appointed as one of three firms on the University's legal services panel procured via LUPC's national legal services framework.
  • Nottingham Trent University - Appointed to four of the available lots, VWV will provide legal support on property, construction, commercial and charities and HR matters.
  • Bangor University - Extending the provision of its services across Wales, VWV has been appointed as the sole provider on three of the five lots on the University's panel: property and estates, student matters and employment/HR.Uni logos for PR

The team also recently welcomed Morag Roddick, an education corporate partner, previously at Eversheds Sutherland. She advises higher education and research institutions on a wider range of corporate and commercial matters including collaborative joint ventures, mergers, group restructurings and grant funding arrangements.
