Partner Promotions at VWV

David joined the firm in 2001 and leads the Planning and Infrastructure team. He has worked in the commercial property sector since 2003 and acts for universities, developers, local authorities, and infrastructure operators across the country.

Independent legal directory Chambers & Partners stated that he "combines an analytical approach with a clear grasp of the practicalities and the strategic dimension" and described him as "a bright, diligent lawyer who deals with clients and opponents with a laid-back, easy-going and twinkling charm".

Jessica joined VWV in 2010 and regularly acts for both buyers and sellers and landlords and tenants  dealing with complex land arrangements.  She advises the firm's central government clients on their property portfolios, regularly advises on banking and corporate transactions and also has a particular interest in advising SMEs and family-owned businesses, having grown up surrounded by and running a family business.
