Lisa Kirkman joins after previously working at two ambitious Hampshire authorities with a focus on governance reviews and investigations, however small or large.
Having most recently been Strategic Director at Winchester City Council she also brings unique insight having led teams beyond the legal sphere in areas such as audit, finance, procurement and contract management, policy, emergency planning and business continuity, communications, democratic services, elections, IT and HR.
Commenting on her arrival, Lisa said:

I can understand quickly, cut through these issues and add value. I am confident the services I can offer, combined with the public sector expertise of VWV, will improve outcomes to new and existing clients alike."
Lisa trained and qualified at Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, spending a further 17 years working her way up to Head of Law & Governance and Monitoring Officer before moving to Winchester City Council.
