Recent highlights include advising schools on construction matters arising out of their conversion to academy status, advising banks in relation to the development of new GP surgery premises, advising on student accommodation projects nationwide and advising on a range of energy law and utilities projects.

Alice enjoys getting involved in a range of events which benefit the construction industry. She regularly arranges and speaks at seminars for organisations such as the RICS, CIOB and APM and also attends construction networking events, including those provided by the Adjudication Society and BIFM.
