Estelle is an Associate in our Regulatory Compliance team and is based in our Bristol office. She is an experienced litigator and specialises in advising the firm's education clients on a range of contentious and regulatory issues. These include parent and pupil/student complaints, disputes and relations handling, contractual issues including complex debt recovery and special educational needs and disabilities.
Meeting your Needs
Estelle brings her experience of advising, managing and resolving commercial and consumer contractual disputes to the firm. This allows her to easily identify core issues for our independent school clients, focus on managing relationships and provide straightforward and pragmatic advice.
Estelle is experienced in supporting clients to proactively identify and manage risk and to effectively resolve disputes through internal procedures, negotiation, mediation as well as the court and tribunal processes, always with her clients' key objectives in mind.
She has a special interest in assisting independent schools to support children with special educational needs and disabilities, and regularly defends clients in relation to disability discrimination complaints and claims.

In her previous role within the firm, Estelle has enjoyed the responsibility of managing the team of lawyers operating our specialist School Fees Recovery Scheme for independent schools.
Estelle's family life keeps her busy outside of work. She does however enjoy attempting to keep fit whenever she gets the time.
