Harnik is a Solicitor in the Corporate team, based in our Watford office.
Harnik graduated with a LLB from the University of Warwick in 2019 after which he completed the LPC at BPP University and undertook a training contract at a leading regional law firm in Kent. He qualified as a Solicitor in 2023 gaining valuable Corporate Law and Governance Law experience at a regional firm in Birmingham and then joined VWV in April 2024.
Harnik has developed experience assisting on M&A transactions and the formation and constitution of corporate entities.

What You Might Like To Know
Harnik enjoys practising and teaching Sikh Martial Arts which he has participated in for over 10 years. He is a keen linguist, having studied Spanish at A level and at University. Harnik enjoys playing tennis, football and the fantasy premier league. He is also an active member of the Leadership Team of the Sikh Lawyers Association.
