Acas Issues New Guidance on Supporting Parents with Premature or Sick Babies
Acas has published some guidance aimed at helping employers to support employees in relation to preterm births or full-term births where the baby is sick.
The guidance sets out important information for both employees and employers and provides examples of best practice for managing employees in these difficult circumstances.
