With the general election now a matter of weeks away, significant employment law changes could be on the horizon.
The major political parties have now released their manifestos, giving us an idea of potential areas of focus in the world of employment law and immigration. Whilst each party's manifesto gives an indication of their high level thinking, some of the detail of potential areas of reform is yet to be confirmed. The period immediately after the general election is likely to be a time of transition for employers, who will need to ensure that they are sufficiently prepared for change.
