VWV Advises on £4M Sale of Dentyl Mouthwash Brand

Dentyl Dual action mouthwash is renowned for its distinctive triangular bottle and two-phase formula which interacts to create an electrostatic charge to remove bacteria. The BB Mints product, newly launched by DDD in 2018, is a sugar free dual action breath and belly freshness capsule. The deal completed on 7 August 2018 and represents a broadening of Venture Life Group's range of products as well its offering to existing and new distribution partners.

DDD is a Watford-based family company that has been making health and beauty products for over 100 years. DDD and senior lawyers from VWV's Watford office have been working together closely for over 10 years, with our Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences team providing services across the whole pharmaceutical supply chain, from manufacturers through to pharmacies.
