London HR Club - Solving Pay Headaches

We are often asked to advise on tricky pay issues where they have a big impact and expose a business to greater risk - have you got any of these issues lurking and should you be taking action to deal with them?

These issues can range from what an individual's entitlements are during sick leave or when they are on annual leave, to problems that can crop up when dealing with casual workers and atypical workers, such as those who work term time or on annualised hours, and the approach to take when dealing with a 'discretionary' benefit.
