Two Partner Promotions in VWV's Real Estate Team

 Christina and Madeleine

Christina joined our London Conveyancing team in 2012. She has over 10 years of experience in the London property market and specialises in lease extensions, collective enfranchisement and the right to manage. Christina is fluent in Greek and is a member of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners.

Madeleine is based in our Watford office and specialises in three main areas: real estate finance, commercial property investment and landlord and tenant matters. She has experience in acting for a variety of clients, from individual investors and owner managed businesses, to PLCs, offshore companies and financial institutions such as Santander.

Christina and Madeleine are amongst the six lawyers promoted this year to Partner, a record number which takes the Partner count across offices in London, Watford, Bristol and Birmingham to 77. This reflects the firm's successful growth strategy, with an annual turnover just shy of £40m for the past financial year.
