VWV Appoints Residential Property Expert in Watford Office

Fiona has over 20 years' experience dealing with all aspects of residential property, including house sales and purchases, plot sales and new build purchases, as well as lease extensions.

Fiona trained at established Watford law firm Matthew Arnold & Baldwin (MAB), where she worked for 15 years and qualified in 2000. Having left MAB in 2013, Fiona rejoins some of her MAB colleagues, who became part of VWV's expansion into Watford in February 2016.

VWV's Residential Conveyancing team comprises of 25 people across offices in London, Watford, Bristol and Birmingham, offering a professional approach to the legal aspects of buying and selling a home.

Fiona aims to deliver high quality individual advice to clients during what can ordinarily be a stressful time of their lives. She is praised by clients for her problem solving skills, enthusiasm and determination.

A particular area of focus for her will be ensuring that clients are protected from property fraud, a growing challenge in the sector.

Outside of work Fiona enjoys playing tennis and volunteers at a local animal shelter.
