Kai is a Solicitor-Advocate who advises clients on construction contracts and disputes. He is experienced in litigation (especially in the TCC), mediation, adjudication and arbitration. He serves on the committee of CIArb (Chartered Institute of Arbitrators) Western Counties.
Kai has strong links to the construction industry. He is on the panel of specialist practice consultants for the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) and regularly speaks at workshops run by industry bodies, as well as MBL’s Construction Law Conference and CPD Day for Quantity Surveyors.

Kai enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and playing video games. He volunteers as a German teacher and sometimes takes part in charity challenges. He has cycled from Bristol to Paris twice to raise money for children's hospitals.
