Having worked in London and Birmingham previously, Melita has dealt with a range of clients from varied backgrounds. She specialises in matrimonial and private family law, including divorce and cohabitation, together with wealth protection matters such as nuptial agreements for high net-worth individuals.
She can also advise you on children matters and on the negotiation of assets upon relationship breakdown.
Melita understands that family disputes are sensitive matters and will guide you through the process in a professional, yet approachable manner, quickly and as cost efficiently as possible. Melita is resilient and adaptable as she is well aware that every case is unique and each client's needs and expectations are different.
Melita is an active member of Resolution, an organisation committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes, and when she worked in Birmingham was a member of the YRes West Midlands Committee.
She is learning British Sign Language with the view to being able to provide legal advice to D/deaf clients. She has passed Level 2 and is currently working towards Level 3.
When she is not working, she enjoys to travel, swim and scuba dive. She is also a keen (albeit amateur!) photographer.
