Learning and Development Manager
How Can Rose Help You?
Rose is responsible for ensuring that everyone in the firm develops their skills, whether those are legal, technical or interpersonal. She ensures that all learning is aligned with business objectives and allows all staff to realise their full potential.
Rose is responsible for identifying training needs through discussions with training partners and department heads and for subsequently evaluating the benefits of training and establishing the return on investment. In addition, she is responsible for organising external courses and for developing and delivering internal training programmes. This means that our clients can be sure that everyone they are dealing with has the relevant skills and knowledge to carry out their work.
Rose has been with the firm since 2004 and in that time has developed training programmes, coached individuals from Partner level down and ensured that the firm retains its Investors in People accreditation.
Meeting Your Needs
Rose understands the need for those you deal with to have a wide range of skills, including up-to-date legal knowledge, the ability to use systems and the skills needed to communicate with you in an appropriate way. She ensures that these skills are being continually developed throughout the firm.
